General Information

Account, Plan, and Billing information can all be found in your Fetchy Profile. Your Profile can be found in the far right corner of your top navigation bar.

  • In the Account tab, you can view and change your billing/mailing address. 
  • In the Plan tab, you can see the status of your current Plan and change Plans as needed.
  • In the Billing tab, you can view and change Payment Information and access invoices.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are $10.00 per user, per month. Plans are charged one month from the date of sign-up.  

 

Annual Plans 

You can enjoy an annual subscription by paying upfront for an annual plan. This way, you get the equivalent of two months for free! To upgrade your subscription to an annual plan, simply visit the "Plan" tab in your account profile. Once there click on the "Change plan" option and choose the "Billed yearly" tab. 

 

Annual Plan Cancelation Policy

On a case-by-case basis, we offer a 5-day cancellation and refund window for annual plans,

However, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or credits on annual plans after this period. Please note that annual plans are commitments for one year and cannot be canceled during this period. Before confirming your upgrade to an annual plan, please ensure that you are ready to commit for the entire year.

 

Other Refunds 

As a digital subscription service, Fetchy generally does not provide refunds or credits for purchased subscriptions unless there are changes to the terms that negatively affect you. However, if you would like to request a refund or credit, please send an email to help@fetchy.com.

 

Free Trials

On occasion, we may offer a 7-day free trial. 

Once you're ready to sign up for a Fetchy trial, you will need to click the sign-up button on the Fetchy homepage. Payment information is required, but your card will not be charged until your trial period ends.

Canceling a Trial 

You can easily cancel your account within the "Plan" tab on your Profile. 

If you cancel during your trial period, we won't charge your account and will cancel it right away. Please note that if you don't cancel your trial, it will automatically convert to a subscription. You can monitor your trial period and billing information in Fetchy's usage and billing sections under your account Profile.

And just in case you're wondering - we won't hold it against you if you need to cancel.

 

Supported Payment Methods 

Fetchy supports all major credit cards and debit cards. We secure your payment method with multiple layers of secure authentication for your privacy and protection.

Fetchy does not accept Paypal, prepaid cards, virtual cards, or other cash apps at this time.

 

Payment Errors

Did your payment fail to go through? Here’s what to do.

  1. Make sure you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase of your subscription.
  2. Try a different accepted payment method. Would you like to add a different card to your account? If so, we can process the payment using that card for you.
  3. Contact your bank. In some cases, banks may block initial payments, and if this happens, you will need to reach out to your bank and request that they authorize the payment.

 

Update Your Billing Details

To ensure that your invoices contain the correct information, please make sure that all your necessary billing details are added to your account. If you happen to have any invoices that contain incorrect data, you can update your information in your account Profile. To change or add your name, address, etc., simply navigate to the "Account" and "Billing" sections of your Fetchy Profile.
